TERMS AND CONDITIONS [FULFILLMENT POLICY].
PROJECT FRESH LLC – IN-PERSON, REMOTE or HYBRID FITNESS TRAINING SESSIONS [PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE]
TRAINING SESSIONS SCHEDULED AND FULFILLED REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT END OF EACH CALENDAR MONTH AND HAVE NO REFUNDS.
Whether sessions are provided in-person, online via web conference video (i.e. Zoom) or a hybrid of each, terms of sessions will be decided previously in-person and agreed upon prior to starting service with Project FRESH.
I understand that after services are rendered, all billing details & terms will be submitted separately via Stripe from Project FRESH. Payment of invoiced services are due as noted within each Invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY. Under the terms of this agreement, I understand that I am bound by the commitment that I made to myself and “Project FRESH”.
There is no ongoing commitment required for fitness training sessions with Project FRESH. At any time, with no prior warning required, fitness sessions may be discontinued without any fees or penalties. To notify your intent of discontinuing fitness sessions service with Project FRESH, please write to “Project FRESH” at “projectfreshcoaching@gmail.com”.
LATE SHOW / NO SHOW POLICY. Under the terms of this agreement, I understand Project FRESH policy below should I be tardy or not show for time(s) previously scheduled with Project FRESH.
24 HOURS prior written noticed is to be provided to Project FRESH should you not be able to attend any fitness training session (in-person or online) at the time as scheduled. If 24 HOUR notice is provided, no charges will be made. If no notice is made:
– Within 24 HOURS of scheduled fitness session where notice of cancellation is provided – 1/2 (50%) of the pre-determined rate will be charged to the client(s)
– Within 1 HOUR (or later) of scheduled fitness session where notice of cancellation is provided – FULL (100%) of the pre-determined rate will be charged to the client(s)
In the event that a client has a medical, family or other emergency that prevents them from notifying Project FRESH of their inability to show for scheduled fitness session, no charge will be made to the client(s).

PROJECT FRESH LLC – LIFESTYLE APPLICATION ONLINE
PROGRAMS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND HAVE NO REFUNDS. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING TO ENROLL IN OUR FRESH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM.
I understand that I am choosing to enroll in “Project FRESH Lifestyle App” Program.
I understand that I am enrolling in a 4 week EFT from the account I authorized. This is an ongoing transaction until a proper cancellation, per this agreement, is processed in full.
I understand that I am receiving either a template program or custom program, and all billing details & terms will be submitted separately via Stripe from Project FRESH.
Any EFTs may be canceled in writing to “projectfreshcoaching@gmail.com” on or before the 14th day of ‘today’s date’. If cancellation occurs on day 15 or on, the cancellation policy following must be adhered to to ensure a full cancellation.
I understand that being enrolled in this “Project FRESH Lifestyle App” program that I will receive a Welcome Video to help onboard the app and how to navigate it.
As a bonus, I will receive access to weekly coaching, and depending on my membership level may also receive an allotted amount of ongoing bi-weekly digital coaching sessions.
All appointments booked have an associated minimum time for cancellation and and any no-shows result in an associated fee charged to the billing account authorized on file.
As a member in the “Project FRESH Lifestyle App” with it’s programing, options of all remote, in person, or a hybrid services of both has no effect on this agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY. Under the terms of this registration and agreement, I understand that I am bound by the commitment that I made to myself and “Project FRESH”.
Any cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to “Project FRESH” at “projectfreshcoaching@gmail.com”. Requests must carry no balance on the account, and must be in good standing in order for request to process any further. There is a 31 day cancellation policy, and an immediate charge of last months dues at confirmation of a properly completed process. You will receive full service of your membership level until the end date. Any upgrades to Memberships will occur day after and will be charged accordingly, any downgrades require 31 days, and both require a written notice emailed appropriately to “Project FRESH”.
